A centralized opportunity hub for HBCU students, bringing jobs, internships, scholarships, and fellowships together in one place with AI-powered matching.
HBCUhire is a full-stack platform built for HBCU students who are tired of hunting across ten different websites for opportunities. Jobs, internships, scholarships, fellowships, and hackathons, all in one place, filtered and matched to your school, major, and year.
The problem is real: HBCU students are often underrepresented on mainstream platforms and miss out on opportunities that are specifically designed for them simply because there's no single place to find them. HBCUhire is being built to change that.
This project is currently in active development. The core data pipeline and authentication are being built first, with AI matching and the full frontend coming in later phases.
Jobs, internships, scholarships, fellowships, and hackathons aggregated into one searchable, filterable feed.
Opportunities ranked and matched to your profile based on major, year, school, and interests, so the most relevant ones surface first.
Build a profile with your school, major, graduation year, and skills. Companies and scholarship orgs can discover you directly.
Get notified before scholarship and application deadlines close so nothing slips through the cracks.
